On March – the spring season, the outward bound – one team, one dream, of Hanbang Technology in 2008 begins at Changping base. The exercise is participated in by high level leaders, department managers, R&D directors of the Head Office, market department, VIP client department, General managers of each region, managers of each office, sales team of the NorthChina and others. During this exercise, the participants undergo activity items such as group culture building, rescue at the isolated island, passing bridge together, bridge break, trust fall, emergency 99 seconds.

The outward bound is under the rainy weather, however the participants did not complain or evade but insist on participating in the activity and actively coordinate with others, which, sensed by everyone afterwards, represents the collectivism spirit of solidarity of Hanbang Technology and improves the relationship among colleagues. The wind and rain of spring witness the strength of Hanbang Technology group.
