In accordance with Administration of pilot for patent of enterprises and institutions in Beijing (revise draft) and work arrangement of 2009 patent pilot in Beijing, 449 enterprises in districts and counties attached to Beijing as well as in Zhongguancun park zone, after the submitted application documents being examined by Beijing Intellectual Property, are certificated as the patent pilot enterprises in 2009. The patent pilot began on January 1, 2009 and ended on December 31, 2009. Once the pilot unit expires, acceptance check will be organized by Beijing Intellectual Property on pilot enterprises of this year, enterprises qualified will be certificated as the qualified patent pilot enterprise in Beijng and granted patent pilot unit certificate.
