Semi-annual working conference of Hanbang Technology nonlocal customer service staff is successfully held
On August 5, 2011 Semi-annual working conference of Hanbang Technology nonlocal customer service staff is successfully held at the head office of Hanbang Technology. This is the first conference for domestic customer service staff since Hanbang established. Key leaders of the company, responsible persons of the customer service center, customer service staffs of each zone, customer service staffs of excellent offices as well as excellent representatives of the repair staffs attended this conference. This conference aims to carry out communication, change opinions, improve service, and promote new image of service; besides, the conference also invited leaders of R&D center and key technical staffs to training the participants with new products and technology in order to strengthen customer service staff’s understanding of technology and products.
This semi-annual working conference not only reviews the work of the first half year, but also integrates the evaluation of Hanbang Technology brands by basic-level customers through communication among customer service staffs from different places, which effectively solves the technical problems of the nonlocal customer service staff and the communication problems among different departments and produces new opinion on improving service by customer service teams that directly contact customers.
